About Us

Supporting Creativity in Learning

Cambridgeshire Education ICT service work in partnership with a range of professionals within the education sector, the local authority and industry to support film making opportunities.

In particular our panel of judges have included television directors, education advisors, film critics, BBFC film & video games examiner and sound professionals.

Guests and presenters at our annual Oscar style awards ceremony have included; young actors Will Poulter (Son of Rambow, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader) and Jack Scanlon (Boy in the Striped Pyjamas) , film director, Martin Tempest and author Bernard Ashley (Dinner Ladies Don't Count), The Tate National sound archivist Jack Maynard and nationally recognised, inspirational primary teacher Tim Rylands.

Master classes and training for pupils and staff have been led by Aardman animator Jim Parkyn and storyboard artist Jay Clarke, film director Martin Tempest and sound archivist Jack Maynard as well as our own curriculum advisers.

Yet none of it could be possible without our sponsors and of course our young people.
